Free Psychological Counseling for Foreign Residents in Seoul (2026)

The Seoul Foreign Resident Center is offering free 1:1 psychological counseling for foreign residents in 2026. If you have been feeling stressed, homesick, anxious or just need someone to talk to, this is a good place to start — it is free, private and available in English, Korean and Chinese.

What you get:

• 1:1 counseling with a professional counselor
• Up to 5 sessions per person
• Completely free

Who can apply:

• Foreign residents aged 19 or above
• Living, working or studying in Seoul

Call the center first to book before visiting (closed on Saturdays).
