Verification helps reduce risk but does not guarantee identity, honesty, legality, item condition, payment, or delivery.
What the public sees
Publicly, an account shows only a single "Verified" badge. The internal verification method (for example phone, admin review, or vendor) is never shown publicly; only administrators can see it.
Listing checks
A buyer can ask the Waegook team to review a specific listing. This reviews that listing only — it does not inspect the item and does not vouch for the seller’s other listings or future trades.
