Help filing your patent — OASIS-3: Intellectual Property Application Support (Cohort 2)

Free, in English, and run by the Korean government's Global Start-up Immigration Center — the body behind the D-8-4 technology start-up visa and the D-10-2 start-up preparation visa.

THIS ONE IS NOT A COURSE
OASIS-3 supports you in actually FILING with the Korean Intellectual Property Office. The organiser covers costs, within budget limits, up to the application stage — which they describe as about 50% of the full process of registering a patent, utility model or design.

WHO IT IS FOR
⚠ Selected from graduates of the IP literacy courses (OASIS-1 / OASIS-2) with items the organiser judges highly creative. Limited to one application per person.

DATES

• Applications: 17 – 27 September 2026
• Programme: 1 October – 1 November 2026

WHERE
The pin shows the Global Start-up Immigration Center in Mapo-gu, Seoul — the organiser's own address (서울 마포구 큰우물로 76 고려빌딩 3·6층). Whether your cohort meets there or online is not published, so confirm the venue before travelling. Completing a course does not grant a visa — immigration decides that.
