OASIS-8: free help to set up a company in Korea

Support, not a class: the Seoul Global Center helps foreign founders through the paperwork of setting up a technology company in Korea.

What it covers

• Legal advice while you incorporate
• Preparing and filing the incorporation documents
• Business and tax registration guidance
• Patent specification and filing support
• Help preparing documents for a technology start-up visa application

Good to know

• Free. Applications run to 1 December 2026, and can close early when full. The number of places is not published.
• For foreign founders who have finished or are taking part in OASIS. Priority goes to applicants with more than 45 OASIS points.
• Apply through the centre's form. Enquiries [email protected] or 070-8896-9750.
• Help with visa paperwork is not a visa decision: that belongs to the immigration office.
