Description
An international school in Beijing, China, is currently seeking two qualified art teachers to join its teaching team. The school is accepting applications for immediate placement as well as a February 2027 start date.
Position Overview
Position: Art Teacher

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in art or a relevant subject
1–2 years of relevant teaching experience
120-hour online TEFL/TESOL certificate
PGCE or a valid teaching license, such as QTS, SACE, or a US state teaching license
Experience teaching primary and middle school students
Teaching Schedule and Work Environment
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Teaching Hours: Up to 23 hours per week
Lesson Duration: 40 minutes per lesson
Class Size: Up to 25 students
Training: Provided upon arrival
Salary and Benefits
Monthly Salary: RMB 27,000 before tax
Housing: RMB 4,000 monthly housing allowance or a free apartment
Contract completion bonus
Complimentary lunch on campus
60-minute lunch break
Monthly breakfast stipend
Gifts provided by the institution
Work visa and residence permit assistance
Additional compensation may be available for candidates holding a PGCE, SACE, QTS, US teaching license, Master’s degree, or PhD.
Additional Information
A written employment contract will be provided.
Transportation support is not usually included unless specified by the school.
