Description
■ Duties
- Leading the Department of Applied Mathematics and Statistics, reporting to the Dean of Academic and Faculty Affairs.
- Building partnerships with industry and government.
- Developing the curriculum together with Stony Brook.
- Recruiting international students, and work on diversity, equity and inclusion.
■ Who can apply
- A PhD in Applied Mathematics, Data Science or Statistics, preferably from a university in the United States. Fluency in English. The academic rank of a tenured faculty member, preferably at full-professor level.
