English Teacher – MB English Academy (Seoul, Near Mokdong)

MB English is a small, foreign-owned English academy located in Seoul near Mokdong. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and positive teacher who enjoys building relationships with students and creating engaging conversation-based classes.

Start Date: August
Location: Yangcheon-gu, Seoul (near Mokdong)

Position Details

Set curriculum provided
Korean co-teacher support and team teaching environment
Maximum of 6 students per class
Monday–Friday schedule (No weekends) and most Wednesdays off
Office hours: 2:00 PM – 9:15 PM
Teaching load: 24 teaching hours per week (1 day: 6 classes 55 minutes)
Contract Length: 1 year
Start Date: August 24, 2026 (paid training days before official start)
Teaching Age: Elementary to Middle School students

Salary & Benefits

Salary: 2.5–3.0 million KRW/month (based on experience)
National health insurance and pension
Benefits provided in accordance with the Korean Labor Standards Act

Vacation

Most national holidays observed
1 week paid summer vacation
1 week paid winter vacation
(Vacation dates determined by the school schedule)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Native English speaker
Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred
Eligible for an E-2 or F visa
