- All applicants must be non-Korean nationals.
- Applicants must meet the legal requirements for a faculty appointment at a private university in Korea.
- AI Foreign Language Education Center applicants additionally need Bachelor's and Master's degrees from English-speaking countries and 2+ years of university or college teaching.

■ Selection
Document screening is done by the BUFS recruitment committee, and only candidates selected for an interview are notified individually. Interviews, followed by a teaching demonstration, are scheduled for mid-August 2026, with the schedule sent by e-mail.

■ Employment
- Period: 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2028 (reappointment possible based on the faculty performance evaluation)
- Housing allowance: 400,000 KRW per month
- Basic medical coverage through National Health Insurance
- Pension coverage
