We are a small, literature-based English academy in Gwanggyo built on genuine engagement and creativity. We teach advanced-level elementary students, and we work hard to create a stress-free, friendly environment for both students and teachers.

We minimize pointless busywork for teachers so we can maximize the energy that goes into teaching, and building real relationships with kids.

Beyond the classroom, there are real leadership openings for the right person. Teachers will move into curriculum development, systems, and management roles. For the right candidate, this isn't just a teaching job, it's a place to grow into something bigger if you want it.

Salary
₩2.5 million/month with housing
₩3 million/month without housing

Schedule
Mon/Wed: 14:20–21:30
Tue/Thu: 14:20–18:30
Fri: 14:20–17:30
