English Teacher – MB English Academy (Seoul, Near Mokdong)

MB English is a small, foreign-owned English academy located in Seoul near Mokdong. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and positive teacher who enjoys building relationships with students and creating engaging conversation-based classes.

At MB English, we believe students learn best in a supportive and enjoyable environment. Our goal is to provide classes that are both fun and productive while helping students build confidence in their English skills.

Position Details

• Set curriculum provided

• Korean co-teacher support and team teaching environment

• Maximum of 6 students per class

• Monday–Friday schedule (No weekends) and most Wednesdays off

• Office hours: 2:00 PM – 9:15 PM

• Teaching load: 24 teaching hours per week (1 day: 6 classes, 55 minutes)

• Contract Length: 1 year

• Start Date: August 24, 2026 (paid training days before official start)

• Teaching Age: Elementary to Middle School students

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 2.5–3.0 million KRW/month (based on experience)

• National health insurance and pension

• Benefits provided in accordance with the Korean Labor Standards Act

Vacation

• Most national holidays are observed

• 1 week paid summer vacation

• 1 week paid winter vacation

(Vacation dates determined by the school schedule)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Native English speaker

• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred

• Eligible for an E-2 or F visa
