Infrastructure Support Lead (English and Korean Both Required) — Rebellions (Seongnam)

Rebellions, the Korean AI chip company, is recruiting a lead for its infrastructure support team in Bundang. The posting has its own language section, and it asks for professional fluency in both English and Korean, so this suits bilingual members.

■ Duties
- Manage the support team and act as the senior technical contact for customer issues during Asian hours, including on-call and out-of-hours escalation. Build the support model covering intake, triage and escalation, own the runbooks and customer documentation, put ticketing and field service tooling in place, and run returns, spares and dispatch.

■ Who can apply
- Eight or more years in technical support or field service for hardware installed at customer sites, two or more years with AI or machine-learning infrastructure, and two or more years leading a support team. Hands-on Linux, Kubernetes, containerised inference serving and Python. Professional fluency in both Korean and English is required, and up to a quarter of the role involves international travel.
