Job description:
## We are hiring 1 employee each (total 5 people) who hold citizenship of Indonesia, the Philippines, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, and China.

• We provide guidance on various banking financial products for foreign customers, and respond and consult with customers through in-person, phone, and online channels.
• We guide customers on document preparation and procedures needed during their use of financial services, and after consultation we continue to communicate with customers and carefully manage any required matters.
• To meet new customers and let people know about the center, we participate in online and offline marketing activities such as promotional materials and external events.
• We directly plan and produce content introducing financial products and the center using SNS such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Requirements:

* You fit well if you often use SNS in your daily life and can create image or video content yourself.
* We are looking for someone who can collaborate with an open mind with colleagues from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

& lt;Essential requirements& gt;
* Language: Applicants who are fluent in the language of their respective country among Indonesian, Filipino, Khmer, Sinhala, and Chinese
* Korean: Must have TOPIK Level 4 or higher
* Visa: Must hold F-2, F-4, F-5, F-6, D-10, or D-2 (scheduled graduates) (Naturalized citizens are possible)
* Work type: Applicants who can work on weekends and are able to work on a schedule with two days off on weekdays

& lt;Preferred requirements& gt;
* Applicants who have work experience related to finance, marketing, customer consultation, and sales
* Applicants who can show a portfolio such as SNS content you personally made, design, and videos
* Applicants who can communicate in a third foreign language in addition to Korean and their native language
