Mathematics Postdoctoral Researcher (₩60-80M a Year Plus a Research Allowance, Korean or Foreign Nationals) - Chuncheon (Gangwon)

Kangwon National University's mathematics research institute in Chuncheon runs a rolling call for postdoctoral researchers in its Glocal Lab programme. The published salary is the highest of any research post currently on this board.

■ What the announcement says about nationality
- The Korean announcement states the eligibility rule applies to Korean and foreign nationals alike. There is also a complete English announcement and application pack, whose first form asks for your passport number and nationality.

- A doctorate awarded within seven years of appointment, or being under forty. You cannot at the same time be a principal or co-investigator on another group research project.

- 60,000,000 to 80,000,000 won a year including benefits, plus a research allowance of 10,000,000 won a year. Up to three years, renewed a year at a time.
- On visas the announcement says nothing at all, so do not read it as an offer of sponsorship.
