ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for friendly and outgoing F-Visa holders to join our team as English Conversation Instructors. This is not a traditional teaching position — detailed lesson planning and grading are handled by our academic managers. Your main role is to engage students in natural English conversation and provide brief feedback on areas for improvement.
Some light preparation is required before each class. After class, you'll send a short recap — key vocabulary and feedback — through our messaging system.
Most of our students work at major Korean corporations. They're well-educated professionals who genuinely enjoy learning. We're a small, 3.5-year-old academy, but we have real plans to grow, and we're looking for someone who wants to build that vision with us long-term.
