Writing & English Adjunct Faculty — University of Maryland Global Campus (Kunsan Air Base)

The University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) is hiring Writing & English adjunct faculty to teach at its Kunsan Air Base site in Korea. Teaching is in English, in UMGC's higher-education programme for the US military community.

■ The role
- Teach undergraduate Writing and English courses
- Engage students through frequent interaction and active collaboration
- Give constructive feedback using rubrics, demonstrate subject-matter expertise, and suggest curricular improvements to program chairs

■ Pay (per credit hour, by experience step)
- Master's-qualified: USD 903 – 1,173 per credit hour
- PhD-qualified: USD 931 – 1,215 per credit hour

■ Requirements
- Master's degree in Writing, English, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Professional experience in Writing/English or a related field
- Online and higher-education teaching experience strongly preferred
