Free AI labour-law help in 34 languages, any time

Have a question about pay, working hours or unemployment benefits? The Ministry of Employment and Labor runs a free AI labour-law consultation at ai.moel.go.kr.

What it offers

• Free for anyone.
• Available 24 hours a day.
• Answers in 34 languages.
• Built on Korean labour law, court cases and official interpretations, and reviewed with the help of 173 certified labour attorneys (공인노무사).

What it is good for

• Understanding your rights before you talk to your employer.
• Checking how your working hours or pay should be counted.
• Finding out which official step to take next.

What it does not do
It is a consultation service that gives information. To make a formal complaint, such as for unpaid wages, use the Labour Portal (labor.moel.go.kr) or call 1350 (press 5 for English or Chinese).

Avoid typing personal details, such as your registration number or bank account, into any chat service.
