Help with accident and car insurance (fault % decision)

I had an accident last week. I collided with the person from behind.

They were at a cross walk and had to make a sudden break because a pedestrian was about to enter the road. We collided, and now the insurance is saying they will assign me 100% of the fault and give the other person 0%.

I need someone (a lawyer or well-informed Korean) who can help me by talking on my behalf. Please, I would be grateful for your help 🙏🙏
