- KakaoTalk — the messaging app almost everyone here uses.
- Naver Map or KakaoMap — Google Maps has limited walking/driving directions in Korea; these work far better.
- Papago — Naver's translator; handles Korean better than most.
- T-money — pay for subway and buses (buy a card at any convenience store, or use the app).
- Coupang — online shopping with very fast delivery.
- Baemin / Coupang Eats / Yogiyo — food delivery.
- Your bank's app + Toss — transfers and everyday payments.
