Waegook is a community marketplace for foreigners in Korea. Please follow these rules to keep everyone safe.

Trading safely

• Payments happen off-app. Waegook never holds money and does not guarantee transactions.
• Meet in safe, public places when you can.
• Inspect items before paying. Be careful of deals that seem too good to be true.

Be honest

• Describe items accurately. No fake, stolen, or counterfeit goods.
• No bait-and-switch — changing a listing into something different after people engage is not allowed.

Be respectful

• No harassment, hate speech, scams, or spam.
• Community posts are for questions, guides, and warnings — keep them helpful.

Prohibited

• No illegal items or services, weapons, drugs, or anything against Korean law.
• Do not share other people's private information.

Reports & moderation

• Report posts or users that break these rules.
• Admins may remove posts, attach warnings, or restrict accounts.

Waegook may review a seller's account information, but please still trade carefully. Payments happen off-app and Waegook does not guarantee transactions.
