All requirements

• Open to Korean learners who want to study Korean and experience Korean culture in Korea
• A session may be cancelled if fewer than 20 people sign up
• Apply with the online form for your season (QR code in the leaflet) within the application period. If the link does not work, e-mail the centre
• Pay only after the coordinator confirms your place, by international transfer in KRW or USD. You pay the transfer fees, and the sender name must be your full name or your university's name. A payment that cannot be matched may cancel your application
• The leaflet prints one winter fee for both winter sessions, though the second one is 2 weeks, not 3. Ask the centre before you pay
• Pick-up from Gimhae Airport on the first day only, 10:00 to 18:00, and drop-off on the last day, 10:00 to 12:00, both part of the fee. Check-out is 9:30 on the last day; you cannot stay after it
• Arriving late: you can still join within 2 days of the start, with no refund for the days you miss
• A night away from the dormitory needs the address, photos of your tickets and an emergency contact, checked first
