All requirements
- You and both parents hold foreign nationality; dual nationals and stateless persons cannot apply. You have finished high school (or will) in Korea or abroad, or hold an equal qualification
- A semester is 20 weeks and 400 hours, split into two sessions. 2027 semester 1: spring 3 March to 17 May, summer 24 May to 2 August. Semester 2: fall 2 September to 19 November, winter 24 November 2027 to 7 February 2028
- FEE: 2,550,000 won per 20-week semester (400 hours), textbooks included (2027 guide). No fee for a single session is printed: ask if you start in summer
- Classes run Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day. The course page says 800 hours (40 weeks) bring you to the level at which TOPIK 4, the degree-entry level, can be earned. Six levels, set by a level test (course page, undated)
- Selection on documents and an interview (in person or online): self-introduction, school record, study ability, money and how you heard of the course. Applicants judged short of study ability or funds may be refused

- The office does not answer questions on whether posted papers have arrived, and no paper is returned: post them early and keep copies
