What do I need?
- Application form (school form), study plan (original), passport copy, translator certificate (school form), five photos (3 x 4 cm, white background, within 6 months)
- Final school certificate and final transcript (originals), notarised by apostille or the Korean embassy; without apostille membership, a consular confirmation from the Korean embassy in your country
- China, general high school graduates (as printed): the education ministry centre's certification report (www.chsi.com.cn or www.cdgdc.edu.cn; a high school certificate only at www.chsi.com.cn), then embassy or consulate confirmation
- China, vocational high school graduates (one): (A) the school's certificate confirmed by the Korean Education Consulate (or city office of education) and the Korean consulate; or (B) a certificate from the provincial office of education
- China, printed under (B): the graduation certificate and transcript must be translated into English or Korean
- Family relationship certificate and a parent's employment certificate (originals), each with an English or Korean translation
- Bank statement (original) in your or your guardian's name (see the notes); medical certificate within 3 months, including a chest X-ray
BANK BALANCE: "US$ 10,000 or more in the name of the applicant or guardian (last 30 days, 1 month, 3 months in China)", as printed. No won figure is printed.
The same December 2026 notice on the school's Mongolian-language site prints "$8000" instead (issued within the last 30 days); its English and Vietnamese copies print US$ 10,000. Ask the institute which applies to you.
A balance not in the applicant's or guardian's name needs proof of relationship; "brother, sister and others are strictly restricted".
NO TUITION, APPLICATION FEE OR TERM DATES are printed in the December 2026 or September 2026 notice. Fees come only from the undated institute page (see the requirements).
The undated page also prints a registration fee of "Korean Language : 60 USD" in its application section, beside the 60,000 won line in its fee table.
