First-semester tuition for new international graduate students: full for TOPIK 6 or TOEFL iBT 91 in humanities and arts, 70% for TOPIK 5, half for an admission score of 80; full tuition for science, engineering and medicine admits scoring 70. Later semesters by GPA.

Who can apply
- New international students of the General Graduate School, chosen by the scholarship committee within budget on admission and previous grades
- Kept with six credits a semester and a GPA of 3.3 or more; full-scholarship holders cannot take leave in the first semester
- STEM applicants recommended by a professor can instead get CAYSS: four semesters of tuition, entrance and application fees, and 500,000 won a month from the lab, kept with a GPA of 3.5
