Dongseo international new student scholarship, English track (undergraduate)
First-semester tuition cut by English score, with no application printed: IELTS 7.5 100%, IELTS 7.0 60%, IELTS 6.5 30%, IELTS 5.5 20% (TOEFL and CEFR levels are listed for each grade). Every grade also gets a free dormitory place in regular semesters (4, 2 or 1 semesters). From the second semester a grade scholarship pays 70%, 50% or 20% of tuition.

Who can apply
- New international undergraduates on the English track (International College), Spring 2027 guide. The grade follows your English score
- Each grade also accepts an official English score that the Korean Ministry of Education recognises as equal to that grade's IELTS level (7.5, 7.0, 6.5 or 5.5)
- The guide does not say which grade applies to applicants who are exempt from the English test
- The entrance award is paid for the entry semester only. From the second semester the grade scholarship applies with no application: top students are chosen automatically
- To keep the grade scholarship you must complete 15 credits or more every semester. For the 70% and 50% grades your department must have 10 or more international students
- The dormitory benefit is printed as the undergraduate living scholarship (학부 생활장학금); vacation periods are not included
- Scholarship benefits can be cancelled if you have neither National Health Insurance nor private insurance
