New international master's and PhD students: 30% basic (no TOPIK), TOPIK 3 35%, 4 50%, 5 60%, 6 70%; English track IELTS 5.5 30% up to 8.0 70%. The international guide applies it to the first semester and names no base; the Graduate School's own table prints "신입생의 경우 입학금 + 수업료의 30%" and keeps the same ladder for every semester with a professor's recommendation.

- New international master's and PhD students whose parents are both foreign nationals (본인 및 부모 모두가 외국인인 유학생). International guide: first semester only, later semesters under the separate 유학생 장학 지침
- Graduate School table (2027 전기 guide, PDF p.13): TOPIK 2급 이하 30%, 3급 35%, 4급 50%, 5급 60%, 6급 70%; IELTS 5.5 이하 30%, 6.0 40%, 6.5 50%, 7.0 60%, 8.0이상 70%; TOEFL, TEPS, TOEIC by a separate comparison table
- Papers for the Graduate School table: a department professor's recommendation (waived for new students, "신입생의 경우 학과 전공주임교수 「학과추천서」는 생략함") and a copy of the test certificate
- Enrolled students apply each semester through the Graduate School's notice (등록금 사전감면 신청); other Graduate School awards (assistant 50%, merit 30%) have their own conditions
