Who can apply
- New Korean-track freshmen and transfers of the 2027 guide. The level at entry decides the first-semester share; the guide prints 장학비율 percentages next to the 등록금 tables and names no base
- Freshmen: TOPIK level or DS-TOPIK; King Sejong Institute intermediate 1 or higher, KIIP stage 3 or higher or pre-test 61 or higher count as 30% ("세종학당 한국어 중급1 이상, 사회통합프로그램 3단계 이상 수료자 또는 사전평가 61점 이상 소지자: 30%")
- Transfers: 국내대학 출신자 (from a university in Korea) 100% at every level; 외국대학 출신자 (from a university abroad) 30% below TOPIK 3, then 50%, 60%, 70%, 100%
- Bilingual-track entrants (no Korean qualification at entry) get nothing. First semester only; later semesters follow the school's separate 유학생 장학 지침
