Who can apply
- New international students admitted for Spring 2027 who ticked the scholarship on Form 4
- For the TOPIK awards the score must be valid and uploaded during the application window; an expected score does not count
- F4 is kept on GPA and credit conditions; the TOPIK and SEED awards cover the first semesters only and cannot be deferred by taking leave
