Hallym University GPA scholarship for international-route undergraduates (from semester 2)
For students who entered through the international route: from the second semester, a cut by previous-semester GPA, 60% for 4.0 to 4.5 down to 20% for 2.50 to 2.99, for up to 7 semesters (freshmen). You must take 12 credits each semester and reach TOPIK 4 (or an equal level) by a set semester.

Who can apply
- Students admitted through the international (순수 외국인) route, by previous-semester GPA; at least 12 credits each semester. Not paid together with another scholarship
- Length: freshmen 7 semesters; year-2 transfers 5; year-3 transfers 3; year-4 transfers none
- TOPIK 4 (or KIIP stage 4 or pre-test 81, or King Sejong intermediate 2) is needed by the end of semester 5 (freshmen), 3 (year-2 transfers) or 2 (year-3 transfers)
- Miss that and the next semester's award stops; it starts again from the semester after you meet the level. TOPIK reports are due 20 July (spring semester) and 20 January (fall semester)
