Jeonju University international graduate scholarships (new and enrolled students)
New master's students with TOPIK 3 or higher and a bachelor's GPA of 3.0/4.5 or more (or who completed Jeonju's Korean institute) get 30% to 80% off first-semester tuition by TOPIK level; English track 30%. PhD entrants with a master's GPA of 4.0/4.5 or more and TOPIK (or English track) 20% or 30%. Jeonju graduates skip the 650,000 won entrance fee. Later: 20% to 40% by GPA and TOPIK.

Who can apply
- New international master's and PhD students (Spring 2027 guide). The guide prints one table; GPA is the earlier degree's average on a 4.5 scale
- Paid for the minimum period only (4 semesters). From semester 2, no award with a previous-semester GPA under 3.5/4.5; at least 6 credits each semester (last regular semester excepted)
- A TOPIK report filed before the semester starts counts from that semester; one filed during the semester counts from the next
- Partner-university nominees are paid under their agreement. A special scholarship of 20% to 100% may be given on the Graduate School Dean's recommendation
- Where two awards apply, only the higher one is paid. Students on a professor's research project may get an extra award after a committee review
- Entrance fee: the fee table (PDF p.9) waives it for every Jeonju University graduate, expected graduates included; the scholarship table (PDF p.8) adds the GPA condition shown above
