KAIST scholarship for international undergraduates
Once you are admitted, KAIST covers the whole tuition for four years, pays you 350,000 won a month, and pays your national health insurance. Its own cost table says about 280,000 won a month is then left for you to find.

KAIST publishes the whole year: tuition, insurance, books, a shared room and three cafeteria meals a day. Food is the largest single line, larger than tuition. KAIST says the figures move with prices.

- You are admitted to a KAIST undergraduate programme as an international student
- You tick KAIST scholarship under Statement of Financial Resources on the application form
- KAIST states the scholarship covers the entire tuition fee for 4 years once admitted
- To keep it: a GPA over 2.7 out of 4.3 at KAIST after your first year
