KAIST scholarship for international undergraduates
Once you are admitted, KAIST covers the whole tuition for four years, pays you 350,000 won a month, and pays your national health insurance. Its own cost table says about 280,000 won a month is then left for you to find.

KAIST publishes the whole year: tuition, insurance, books, a shared room and three cafeteria meals a day. Food is the largest cost after tuition. KAIST says the figures move with prices.
