The Spring 2027 draft guide says international students get a scholarship whose kinds and rates are set separately. The graduate scholarship page (January 2026, not tied to an intake) lists TOPIK 4 (arts and sport TOPIK 3) 40%, TOPIK 5 50% and TOPIK 6 60% of tuition, while its header says 20%, 40% and 50%. Ask the graduate office.
