Kyungnam graduate scholarships for international students (International Study, Alumni, Excellence and Talent)
Every international master's, PhD and combined-course student gets 30% of tuition, kept with a 3.0 GPA. Kyungnam graduates get 60%. TOPIK 4 or higher (TOPIK 3 in arts and physical education departments) gets 50%. TOPIK 4 with a Korean university degree and a top GPA gets 100%, kept with a 3.825 GPA. The entrance fee is never included.

Who can apply
- International students admitted through the foreigner special admission (Fall 2026 guide, scholarship table). All awards run within the regular semesters
- International Talent, master's and combined course: TOPIK 4 or higher, a degree from a Korean university, and an all-years undergraduate GPA of 4.0 on a 4.5 scale, 3.9 on a 4.3 scale or 3.6 on a 4.0 scale, or higher
- International Talent, PhD: TOPIK 4 or higher, a degree from a Korean university, and an all-years university and graduate GPA of 4.0 on a 4.5 scale, 3.9 on a 4.3 scale or 3.6 on a 4.0 scale, or higher
- Global Business Administration MBA: the guide says that department's scholarship support differs and lists a separate 40% award for up to 2 semesters. It does not say whether the awards above also apply there; ask the graduate school
- The graduate scholarship by-law (5th revision, 16 August 2022) says a student cannot hold two scholarships for the same period and that campus scholarships come off the bill. Its table is the general one and does not list these awards
