New international graduate students get the entrance fee and 100% of first-semester tuition with TOPIK 5 (or IELTS 7.0, TOEIC 900, TOEFL iBT 90, SKA 5); 100% of tuition with TOPIK 4; the entrance fee and 50% with TOPIK 3; 50% with a Kyungwoon Korean test pass; every other admitted student 30% (1-year course excluded). Who can apply
- New international master's and PhD students (Fall 2026 additional round 2 guide, p.15; the Spring 2026 transfer guide prints the same table). "장학제도 구비서류" are filed with the application
- TOPIK equivalents printed under the table: King Sejong intermediate 2B, KIIP stage 4 or pre-test 81 count as TOPIK 4; King Sejong intermediate 1B, KIIP stage 3 or pre-test 61 count as TOPIK 3
- 국제처 special scholarship: paid on the 국제처 director's recommendation or under an agreement with an outside body, approved case by case ("장학금 별도승인"); amounts may differ
- Embassy and APEC awards need a GPA of 3.0 or higher each semester. Amounts and kinds may change under the graduate scholarship regulations
- The entrance fee and tuition amounts themselves are not printed anywhere; the shares are shares of whatever the school bills
