First-semester tuition cut for new and transfer international undergraduates by language level: TOPIK 5, 100%; TOPIK 4, 70%; TOPIK 3 or IELTS 6.5, 50%; IELTS 5.5 or an outside recommendation, 20%. Later semesters: 30% to 100% of tuition by TOPIK level and GPA with 15 credits or more. Printed on an undated 국제처 page; the Spring 2027 guide prints no scholarship.

Who can apply
- New freshmen and transfers ("신입생, 편입생 적용") admitted as international students. The first-semester share follows the language proof you hold at entry
- As printed: the award may differ "국제교육원장의 추천(외부기관과의 협약에 따른 지급 등)시" (on the international office director's recommendation, for example payment under an agreement with an outside body)
- The page prints "경운대 한국어연수과정 4급 이상 수료" in both the 100% row (with the Kyungwoon Korean test pass) and the 50% row; copied as printed, ask which applies
- From semester 2: 15 credits or more in the previous semester, then the TOPIK level and GPA bands above ("매 학기 지급", paid each semester while the condition holds)
