Who can apply
- New freshmen and transfers in their entry semester, by the TOPIK level held (Spring 2027 guide). Students who acquired Korean nationality are excluded
- Only the national TOPIK counts: King Sejong levels, the school's own Korean test and English scores do not earn these awards
- From semester 2: a previous-semester GPA of 3.0 or higher plus TOPIK 3 to 6. Students without National Health Insurance are excluded
- The award is taken off the tuition bill ("장학금 수혜자는 등록금에서 감면 후 부과함")
