• Foreign master's and PhD students (Fall 2026 guide, the newest; the Spring 2027 guide is not yet posted)
• English scores for the 50% rate, only in departments that teach 50% or more in English (none is named): TOEFL 530 (CBT 197, iBT 71), IELTS 5.5, CEFR B2 or TEPS 600 (New TEPS 326). Scores have no expiry date for this award
• Awards are taken off the tuition bill. No double awards in principle, and at most 4 semesters for a master's and 6 for a PhD (graduate scholarship page, undated)
• The same table lists awards open to all students, such as the RA work scholarship: up to 50% of tuition for full-time students who take part in a professor's research, chosen after admission
