Pai Chai Global Scholarship (undergraduate)
New international undergraduates get 60% off tuition in their first semester, with no form. From the second semester the cut is 20 to 30% by the last semester's grades and TOPIK level (the guide prints TOPIK 4 for humanities and social sciences, TOPIK 3 for other fields). A grade average under 1.91 earns nothing.

Who can apply
- New international undergraduates admitted for Spring 2027. The guide's table says "for new students" and does not say whether transfers count
- From semester two the guide ties the cut to grades and to a TOPIK level: TOPIK 4 for humanities and social science units, TOPIK 3 for every other unit
- The scholarship rules (PDF made 11 September 2026) list this award for foreign students, new and enrolled, as part of tuition, with a grade average of 1.91 or higher and no paperwork
- Scholarships are paid within the regular 8 semesters, and rate-based awards are rounded down to the thousand won. The scheme can change, and the rules in force when you enter apply
- The same rules say Ju Si-gyeong scholars get a full scholarship until graduation; who they are and how they are chosen is not printed
