Who can apply
- You are a new international graduate student arriving from outside Korea
- You have not lived in Korea for the six months before admission. POSTECH checks the entry and exit record
- It is separate from the other internal scholarships, so it does not replace an assistantship
- POSTECH says the amount and the conditions can change without notice
