Sahmyook English score and entry scholarships, English track (undergraduate)
English-track entrants who file a score report (TOEFL 530 (CBT 197, iBT 71), IELTS 5.5, CEFR B2 or TEPS 601 (NEW TEPS 327) or higher) get 50% of tuition for one semester. Applicants excused from the test by nationality get it only if they file a score. A year or more on Sahmyook's own Korean course earns 30% of one semester.

Who can apply
- New English-track freshmen and transfers for Spring 2027. Native and official-language speakers are included, but only with a score report
- The guide lists the English score award under "entrance score scholarships" (입학성적 우수장학) and prints no application papers for it: it is paid at admission (입학 시) only when a score report is filed
- Qualifying scores as printed: TOEFL 530 (CBT 197, iBT 71), IELTS 5.5, CEFR B2 (Cambridge English First), TEPS 601 (NEW TEPS 327) or higher
- The after-entry award and the grade scholarship together cannot pass 100% of fees. For its filing deadline the guide prints only the date for September entrants (21 December)
- The grade scholarship is for foreigners admitted through the foreigner track with both parents foreign nationals, up to the regular number of semesters of your department
