Automatic for new international students admitted through the foreigner special admission: by TOPIK level, 60% of tuition (TOPIK 6), 50% (TOPIK 5), 40% (TOPIK 4) or 30% (TOPIK 3). Later semesters are paid by previous-semester GPA plus TOPIK points, 20% to 60% of tuition, or 1,000,000 won for TOPIK holders not otherwise chosen.

- New students admitted through the foreigner special admission (외국인 특별전형), both campuses (graduate guide PDF p.18)
- The Graduate School scholarship page (undated) lists the award as "어학 및 성적에 따른 차등지급", paid for the semester concerned, and its annex shows the new-student total as a TOPIK share (10% to 40%) plus 20% for special-admission entrants
- Later semesters, by previous-semester GPA plus TOPIK points: 60% (top 5%), 50% (20%), 40% (21 to 40%), 30% (41 to 50%), 20% (51 to 60%) of tuition; 1,000,000 won for TOPIK 3 to 6 holders not chosen
