Who can apply
- New international students except 글로벌요양복지과 (Global Care Welfare). Paid only to those who file proof in the scholarship submission period: "장학금 제출 기간에 장학지급대상을 증명할 수 있는 서류를 제출한 자에 한하여 장학금 지급"
- Each level is paid once in the whole enrolment; a higher level can be paid again when you file a higher certificate ("단 우상향 자격증 제출시 지급 가능")
- The certificate must be valid on the first day of classes. A KIIP confirmation of stage 4 or lower counts only within 2 years of that stage's end date. Proof of a kind the Ministry of Justice rules allow
- The guide prints a separate ladder for weekend adult learners (table 마: 300,000, 400,000 and 1,000,000 won); see the weekend adult-learner row's scholarship
