Seojeong University grant for family members of settled foreigners who change to a student visa (지역정주 외국인 동반가족 지원 장학금)
New students who change from a residence visa such as F-1 or F-3 to the D-2 student visa get 800,000 won once at entry, on filing a foreign resident registration certificate in their own name. Not for Global Care Welfare students, and not together with the language scholarship.
