For holders of a bachelor's or higher from a SeoulTech Alliance partner university: full tuition plus the dormitory (vacations included, meals not) in the first year, then full tuition each semester with 6 credits, GPA 3.5 and no grade of C0 or below. The partner list is printed whole below.

- Thailand: Mahidol University, Chulalongkorn University, Chiang Mai University, Thammasat University
- Vietnam: Vietnam National University, Hanoi (University of Science; University of Engineering and Technology); Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City (University of Technology; University of Science)
- Vietnam, also: The University of Da Nang, University of Science and Technology; Hanoi University of Science and Technology
