New foreign graduate students get a share of first-semester tuition (수업료) by Korean level: TOPIK 3 40%, TOPIK 4 50%, TOPIK 5 or higher 80%; bilingual-course and own-test entrants 30%; Shinhan graduates and 1-year completers of its Korean course 50%; partner institutions 50%; a president's recommendation 100% for two semesters. Later 30% or 40% by GPA.

- Students admitted as foreign students to the graduate school (1-year short course entrants have their own line), Fall 2026 round 3 guide p.16 and the 대학원 장학규정 extract (개정 2025.10.16.)
- The guide prints the lines without saying whether two can add up; the graduate scholarship committee decides the final award
- Three lines carry the note "입학장학금(입학금)" (entrance scholarship, entrance fee); the guide does not say whether the 500,000 won entrance fee is also covered. Ask the graduate office (+82-31-870-3403)
- Alumni scholarship (동문장학) excludes foreign students (장학규정); research scholarships pay up to 500,000 won once for a first-author journal paper (enrolled students)
