Who can apply
- Students admitted through the international track (both parents foreigners) and chosen in the school's scholarship selection (세계지역핵심인재). No form: chosen by review, and the result shows with the admission result
- The number of awards is decided by the selection review
- The TOPIK 4 step also takes King Sejong Institute intermediate 2 or higher, or Social Integration Program stage 4 completed or 81 points or more on its pre-assessment
- The TOPIK 3 step also takes King Sejong Institute intermediate 1, or Social Integration Program stage 3 completed or 61 points or more on its pre-assessment. Online Sejong courses do not count
- A Sookmyung alternative test pass or another university's level 3 certificate is left out of the entrance scholarship review
- From semester two (regular semesters 2 to 8): automatic from the previous semester's grades, with 12 credits or more earned (pass or fail courses count up to 3 credits)
- The student services page (undated) prints the same later-semester ladder but calls the basis 수업료 and a 4.3 scale, and gives the no-TOPIK 10% at 3.0 or higher; the dated guide's wording (등록금) is shown here
- TOPIK scholarship: paid only to registered students (not on leave or withdrawn) who hold national health insurance and private medical insurance
