Paid to the school's foreign graduate entrants and enrolled students under the foreign-student scholarship regulation; the guide prints no amount. Holders are excluded from the research incentive scholarship that every other new graduate student gets. All graduate scholarships are paid within the budget.

Who can apply
- As printed: "본교 외국인 입학생 및 재학생에게 지급" (paid to the school's foreign entrants and enrolled students), Spring 2027 graduate guide, PDF p.12
- The research incentive scholarship (연구장려장학금) goes to every other new master's and PhD student, deducted on the tuition bill (수업료 기준), but excludes holders of this scholarship and of the 학·군·관 agreement scholarship
- Other listed awards: transfer entrants get the transfer entrance fee paid in the entry semester (편입학장학금); 2 or more family members enrolled (undergraduate or graduate): 30% of tuition for one member a semester; 3 or more: all of it (한가족장학금)
- All graduate scholarships are paid within the year's budget (guide note)
- Another line in the same table an entrant may meet: 만학도장학금, 10% of tuition, for students aged 55 or over on the scholarship application date
- Also: 사도장학금, 20% of tuition, for Woosuk College of Education graduates who enter in their graduation year on the department head's recommendation
