A campus scholarship for foreign students whose parents and they hold no Korean nationality and who enter Woosuk as freshmen or transfers (partner-university entrants included). Enrolled students keep it with 12 credits and a 70-point average in the previous semester. The amount is not printed.

- Enrolled students: 12 or more credits and an average of 70 or more in the previous semester ("재학생의 경우 직전학기 12학점 이상, 평균 70점 이상만 수혜 가능")
- General rule for every campus scholarship: registered for the semester and 9 or more credits from the previous semester; campus scholarships may change with school circumstances
