Why there is no self-check for this visa
We do not offer a self-check for E-10. Eligibility turns on holding a seafarer employment contract of six months or more with a company running coastal passenger or cargo shipping, which the shipping company arranges: it is not something an individual applies for on their own merits. Like E-9, an E-10 holder also cannot bring family on F-3.
