About the E-6 visa
Profit-making work in the arts, performance, broadcast, modelling or professional sport.
Who it is for
- E-6-1 · Art, performance, broadcast or modelling For profit-making activity in music, fine art or literature, professional broadcast performance, and professional entertainment work under the Public Performance Act: composers, painters, sculptors...
- E-6-3 · Professional sport For professional players in football, baseball, basketball and other sports, together with the coaches and managers travelling with them.
What the check asks
The check asks 6 questions, for example: Where are you applying from, What would you be doing in Korea, Is a Korean organisation inviting you, Do you have the recommendation your activity needs. Your answers are never stored.
Documents a result can list
The result lists the documents for your route. Depending on your answers, they include:
- Certificate of Visa Eligibility application, passport and a standard photo
- Copy of the host's business registration certificate
- Copy of the employment contract
- Application form (No. 34), passport and residence card, one standard photo, and the fee
- Employment contract, or the performance contract
- Business registration certificate
- Employment or performance recommendation
- Report form, passport and residence card: no fee
- The new host's business registration
- Employment contract
