What the check asks

The check asks 16 questions, for example: Where are you applying from, What status do you hold in Korea right now, Does any of this apply to you, What is your relationship to the Korean national. Your answers are never stored.

Documents a result can list

The result lists the documents for your route. Depending on your answers, they include:

• Application form, passport and a standard photo
• Invitation letter from your Korean spouse
• Marriage and family relationship certificates
• Visa application form (annex No. 17), passport, one standard photo, and the fee
• Family and parentage evidence for the child
• Evidence that you are raising the child
• Criminal record certificate and health certificate (F-6-2 filing)
• Application form, passport, alien registration card (if held), one photo and the fee
• Parent-child relationship evidence
• Evidence you are raising the child
